Are your power tools new?

Yes. We sell brand-new tools. Each product page shows the manufacturer model number so you can check exactly what you are buying.

How long does US delivery take?

Orders arrive in 6–8 working days with tracking. You'll get tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

What does “body only” or “bare unit” mean?

Body only (also called bare unit or naked) means the tool is supplied without a battery or charger. It is ideal if you already own batteries from the same platform, such as DeWalt 18V XR or Makita 18V LXT.

Are DeWalt 18V XR and 20V MAX batteries compatible?

20V MAX is the US name and 18V XR the UK/EU name for DeWalt’s same battery voltage class (20V is the peak rating, 18V the nominal rating). Check the product page or contact us before mixing platforms or chargers.

Can I return a tool?

Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within our returns window. See our Refund Policy for the full process.

Do you supply trade and bulk orders?

Yes – contact us with the models and quantities you need and we will come back with a quote.
